Bush; Vitacea family , vitis vinifera and
named by according to the method and
processing conditionals.

drying the grape under sunshine and the
color is brown.

of drying the aqua forties grape under
sunshine and the color is bright yellow
up to bright brown.

Sulphuric raisin (Golden): produced of
seedless grape smoked by So2 gas and
dried under shadow. It has amber color.

processed product of the grape, So raisin
production has direct relation with grape
product.
Planted ground
of grape was 7518 Hectares in the world
based on latest FAO info in 2003.
This amount has
about 5% reductions to its last year & also
has 6% reduction comparing in 1990.
Grape planting
has reduction rate on a 13 years period from
1990-2003.
Planted ground
of grape in Spain includes only 15% of
global grape planting farms and has first
statue in this case.
Iran with
273000 Hectares has about 3.6% of global
grape planting farm in 2003 & has sixth
statue.
Iran, Turkey,
Greece and American are consider as four
powerful exporter countries. Iran raisin
considers as serious competitor for
Turkey& Greece because of its similarities
to their raisin.

with inner nylon covers with Weights; 10&12
Kg presents in markets. A change in packing
